3 Lifting Frame were running simultaneously on this bridge

2 different types of Lifting Frame namely Overhead (Blue) and Underslung (Red) were running parallelly to speed up the work

The last segment to be install on the tips of the cantilever was loaded from the position near to the pier and to be relocated by the Underslung Lifting Frame along the alignment of the bridge to the installation position

On this job, prior to its delivery to the site, load testing for the lifting frame was conducted in Batang Kali

The cast-in-situ pier head will seamlessly connect to the precast segment through a delicate application of in-situ concrete, facilitated by a technique referred to as "stitching."

Securing the Segment onto the Spreader Beam before lifting. The Spreader for the Lifting Frame is a fully auto manipulator that can rotate on place and tilt the segment to its final orientation

Reposition the strand coil with the hoist from the lifting frame

The operation of the Lifting Frame is fully automated with wireless remote control system. Operator are well trained and were having few years experience in this type of operations

Overhead Lifting Frame will lift up the segment from one tip of the balance cantilever bridge and deliver it to the other tip for installation. This happened when the other side has to access on the ground
